Julieanne Dubose

My mother, Julieanne Dubose inspires me with her huge heart filled with compassion and kindness. She has been a tremendous role model of grace and grit, a Southern belle with charm and a lovely drawl, steadfast perseverance through tough times, and a penchant for matching china and crystal table settings. She always provides a non-judgmental listening ear, will drop everything for those in need, creates delicious home cooked meals daily, came to every basketball, volleyball, track and high school event despite working full time as a teacher, and always supports the needs of others before herself. She says she is proud of me, but she taught me how to BE.  I love you, momma. -Elly Garrett
